2020 Forest Council

the 30th Annual Heartwood Forest Council will be held May Memorial Day weekend, at Camp Piomingo just a stone’s throw from the Bernheim State Arboretum and the city of Louisville, KY. The camp is situated on the steepest bend in the Ohio River, and offers spectacular views of the river from forested limestone bluffs. We invite the forest movement to gather at the 30th Annual Forest Council, the premiere forum for networking in the forest movement since 1991.

Due to the coronavirus quarantine this event has been postponed until 2021. We will continue to develop the program and we invite you to give your input into how we can make the best time of our weekend together, when we are once again able to gather and celebrate wilderness.
