2015 Mini-Grant Winners!

Special shout out to our 2015 Heartwood Mini-Grant Winners! Thanks to all of the amazing applicants and the profound work each group and individual is doing to protect the places we love in the Heartwood region.

Heartwood had several proposals submitted during our most recent round of Mini-Grants and only $4600 to give away! These proposals were all from individuals and grassroots groups looking for small amounts of money to do big things with on behalf of forests in the Heartwood region. Amazingly, we were able to fund the following proposals! We’d love to be able to fund our next round of Mini-Grants at the same amount, or more, but at this time we only have limited funds raised for that purpose.
Please consider giving a donation at this time so we can continue to fund groups and people working to end destructive practices such as natural gas hydrofracking, mountain top removal coal mining, and commercial logging on public lands, as well as Heartwood members who are working on projects that create a sustainable future for people and our planet.  DONATE HERE!!!

Stay tuned for more information on the 2016 Mini-Grant cycle!
